SlayPic is operated by Tendar UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Rathausgasse 17, 12529 Schönefeld, Germany.

What we collect

We collect the email address you provide, uploaded photos, generated images, payment status information from Stripe, and technical information needed to run and protect the service.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide SlayPic, process payments, generate and display your edits, send login links, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Photos and generated images

Your uploaded photos and generated results are used to create your requested edits. We do not run a public gallery. Do not upload photos unless you have the rights and consent needed to use them.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate SlayPic, including Supabase for database, authentication, and storage, Stripe for payments, Mailgun for email delivery, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and an image generation provider for AI editing.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers. Stripe may process payment and billing data according to its own privacy policy.

Retention

We keep account, payment, uploaded image, and generated image data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To make a request, contact us at support@slaypic.com.
